Week 3 Challenge – Cards No 5

Uncategorized

27 Jun

Hello, Crafters.

These are the last two
cards for my Week 3
Challenge.

The first card is
a triple cup cake
ice-cream made
using the Cake
Builder Punch.

The cup cake base
is Gold Foil and I’ve
scored some
lines down it to
give it that
pleated look!

I’ve used the
Gorgeous Grunge
speckled stamp,
together with
Pink Pirouette
ink, and stamped
all over the
Whisper White layer.

The sentiment is
from the Petite Pairs
Stamp Set.

The second card is
the last one in the
series of different
layers.

For this card, I made
the layers in different
designs from the old
style
Designer Series
Paper
Stacks.

I stamped the flowers
using the Pictograms
Stamp Set and then
punched them out
using the flower
punch from the
Itsy Bitsy Accent
Punch Set.

I wasn’t able to
come up with a 3D
project for my
classes today so
I’ve decided to
do something
using the Curvy
Keepsake Box.

I have an idea for a
battery-operated
tea-light holder.

But I haven’t even
had time to make
a protoype so I’ll be
winging it a bit
tomorrow!

Finally, would anyone
like to suggest a new
challenge for me for
Week 4? What would you like to see? Maybe five ideas using vellum, on the Curvy Keepsake Box, or maybe the owl punch. If you have a suggestion, please put it in the comments box below. Many thanks. ☺

In the meantime, have a great weekend and until tomorrow, happy crafting.

JanB.
