I’ve decided I’m not committing myself to a challenge this week, as I’m off to the Creative Crafts Show at Sandown for three days as from Thursday but I’m hoping to share ideas with you if I can.
Today’s card is one of three I’ve made using Designer Series Paper as a view through the window.
I started with a Night of Navy card base, added a layer of Whisper White and then a top layer of Night of Navy.
I stamped the fir and fir cones from the Festive Fireplace Photopolymer Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow Ink and then again in Early Espresso Ink, both onto Whisper White card stock.
I cut out the fir cones from the Early Espresso image, coloured them using the Soft Suede Marker Pen and adhered onto the Mossy Meadow stamped image.
Using the Festive Fireside Framelits Dies, I die-cut the fir and the window frame.
Then I cut a piece of Home For Christmas DSP to fit behind the window and added Dazzling Diamonds on the trees and roofs.
I adhered everything using Tombow except the fir and the sentiment, for which I used Dimensionals.
I hope you like the new Christmas catalogue as much as I do!
Until tomorrow, happy crafting.
JanB.
