I’m as ready as I’m going to be for the Creative Crafts Show that starts today for three days. I did an amazing amount of jobs yesterday to make sure that I’m ready and raring to go!
Hubby and I are swapping cars today because mine was not designed to be a workhorse!
Yesterday I made my video ready for Sunday and it’s tea-light lanterns. I’d already made one and today I made another three, all slightly different – I won’t spoil the surprise. If I’d had more time, I would have tried other variations – I just couldn’t stop thinking of different ways I could ring the changes!
I have packed them ready to go with me today, as well as a supply of flickering tea-lights. They’ll add an extra bit of extra interest to our display.
Yesterday, I also made this framed display of Christmas Owl Builder Punch Art. It was inspired by Louise Sims who is in the Stampin’ Stars team. She shared her creation with us on our Facebook group – many thanks, Louise.
I chose Father Christmas, a Reindeer and a Penguin but made them all look a bit different with their eyes and hats, and with the penguins, their wings. I think it looks very cute and whimsical.
As well as using the Owl Builder Punch, I also used the Word Window Punch, Tree Punch, Tree Builder Punch and the Petite Butterfly Punch.
I’d better get my skates on and head on out to Sandown Park. Natalie and I are hoping to meet up at about 8.30 am – fingers crossed.
Don’t forget to pop by the Stampin’ Up! stand if you’re visiting the show and say hello – it’d be great to meet you.
Have you checked out the Paper & Ribbon Shares I’m offering from the new Christmas catalogue? Click on the button at the top of the page to find out all about it.
Until tomorrow, happy crafting.
