Hello, Crafters.
By popular demand, today’s video shows how I made the Wedding Favour Box I shared here on 3rd. February.
I
hadn’t planned on making a video because I knew it would be a long one,
but I was asked to make one and I worked out how I could do certain parts before hand, like the
flowers.
But there was a lot that still needed to be explained that couldn’t be skipped.
The result is my longest video at almost fifty-nine minutes!
I’m really happy with this project but it’s definitely one of those that you’d only want to make a handful of! LOL!
Before
I started on the video, I made another box so I could note the
important bits that I needed to remember to share in the video e.g. sliding the
scrap paper into the folded box from the top, not the bottom!
I used Soft Sky for this pre-video box and made another one in Blushing Bride on the video.
My daughter is getting married this year and is having two bridesmaids, so she may like the two pink boxes for bridesmaids’ gifts.
I have a very early start today, so that’s it from me!
I hope you’re enjoying your weekend.
Happy Sunday and until tomorrow, happy crafting.
JanB.
its beautiful Jan, a stunning piece of work, I love how you rounded the petals of the flowers with a little circle punch, its little details like that which help me see how to refine my own work. I dont care how long the video is if its gonna show me how to make such a fabulous project! thank you
Hi, CrafteresaUK. I'm so pleased you like the tip about the petals! Just one of those little tips I picked up somewhere! LOL! ☺ Happy crafting, JanB.
