Hello, Crafters.
I hope you had a great weekend. Yesterday evening we went to the Carols by Candlelight Service at the Church. There was a lady who sang an absolutely amazing solo. I would be happy if I only had 10% of her beautiful voice. Ours is a small Church but we have nine singers in the choir who put on a magnificent performance. Afterwards there were hot mince pies and mulled wine – tea or coffee for those of us who don’t drink!
As we were at Church in the morning as well, I didn’t have very much time in my studio but I did manage these two cards which are opposites! I had seen a card on Pinterest where someone had coloured three large flowerheads on a sheet of Designer Series Paper (DSP). It was an overall floral design with a white backgound, and all the images drawn in black. I decided to apply the idea to a sheet of the Botanical Butterflies DSP that will be available in the new year as a Sale-a-bration (SAB) gift.
I took a four inch strip of the DSP and cut it in half. On the first half I painted just the butterflies. I started using Marker Pens, but the colour was too “solid”, so I tried Stampin’ Blends! They worked beautifully! I used the Light Highland Heather, and the Light and Dark Pool Party Blends. As I was colouring the butterflies I was wondering what it would look like if I painted all the flowers and leaves, and left the butterflies unpainted. There was only one way to find out, so I tried it. I used the same three Stampin’ Blends, and added Light Old Olive and Light Daffodil Delight. I was really pleased with the result!
I think I prefer the coloured order tramadol in the us butterflies the best. Which one do you prefer? I’ve painted ALL the butterflies with my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter pen. The small butterflies on the front of the painted butterfly card, and on the inside of both cards, have been fussy cut from the DSP. The small Highland Heather Butterfly on the front of the painted flowers card, has been punched out using the Butterfly Duet Punch.
I know I said this the other day, but I’m even more convinced now! The Butterfly Gala Stamp Set, the Butterfly Duet Punch, and the Gingham Gala 6″ x 6″ DSP Pack is going to be hugely popular when the Spring/Summer catalogue goes live. If you buy these three products, and add some Tombow or Dimensonals, you can choose the Botanical Butterflies as your free gift! I chose the sentiment from another new stamp set, which is called Golden afternoon. I was going to use Thank You So Very Much from Butterfly Gala, but I really love this sentiment!
The cons are that you can get addicted to it, so be conscious while using Klonopin Online.
That’s about it from me today. Just one more sleep and it’s Christmas Day! I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very blessed Christmas, and a very healthy, happy 2019! And of course, happy crafting!
