I hope you’ve had a super Easter. The weather has been superb and makes everything and everyone seem so much more cheerful! Yesterday evening I finished off the cards Natalie organised for the SAB Online Party! While I was working on the Highland Heather card, this design popped into my head! I pulled out all the stops and worked like a beaver so I could share it with you today. The flower stamp is from the Daisy Lane Stamp Set that will be available in the new Annual Catalogue when it goes live on 4th June. This is the stamp set that has an image of a large daisy that fits our current daisy punch, and there’s also an image of a smaller daisy. There will be a smaller daisy punch for it in the new catalogue. On three of Natalie’s cards, I used the same image as today’s card. Instead of die cutting, I fussy cut them. It was quite easy to do, especially when I remembered to turn the card, not the scissors! To decorate the inside of my card, I stamped an image of the flower, but I wasn’t firm enough! It was a very poor image, so I did another one and die cut it to cover it up! If you saw my video on Sunday, you will have seen me use my Stamparatus for all my stamping. If only I had been using it yesterday evening, I could have just re-inked and stamped again!! Grrr!! That’s it from me today. I look forward to being back with you tomorrow. In the meantime, happy crafting.
