Hello, Crafters.
I had one of my best birthdays ever yesterday! Before breakfast Hubby gave me two boxes to open and I chose to open the smaller one first. I undid the ribbon, opened the lid, lifted the tissue paper and saw the most stunning birthday card I have ever seen in my life! Apparently the lady who made the card makes all the flowers by hand and only makes ten of each design and they all vary slightly.
You can choose the colour of the flowers – hubby knows I love white! – and you can have the sentiment personalised. Mine reads Happy Birthday, Toots – yes, that’s one of the pet names he has for me! You can also have the flowers perfumed if you like. The cardstock is bordering on what here in the UK we call cardboard!
The little square behind the bouquet looks like four or five layers of the “cardboard” have been adhered together to create a mini platform. If you follow me regularly you will have seen me pop an image or a sentiment up on layers in preference to using Dimensionals.
Tomorrow, I’ll share the rest of my day with you but today I just had to share my beautiful birthday card with you! I always want to say a huge THANK YOU for the masses of good wishes I received. I thank you all. I look forward to being back with you tomorrow. In the meantime, take care, stay safe and happy crafting.

That is so funny your husband calls you “toots”, because that is what my late husband called me – I was “toots”, he was “tweedie” – lol – by the way, happy birthday, it sounds like you had a wonderful day. Marlene

Beautiful card. I would frame that . Belated Happy Birthday, hope the rest of the day was as good as it started.
Great minds think alike. I have some photograph frames that take 3D items – I’m hoping one of them will be deep enough to take my card! xx
Stunning is the correct word for this card. If anyone deserves the most beautiful card, “you do” for all the hard work you do to inspire us. Happy Birthday and praying for an amazing year for you. 🙂
