Hello, Crafters.
Today’s video is a short technique video. I used the opportunity to explain why I’m taking a break for four weeks. You may remember quite some time ago, I told you I was having health issues. It is now three years since they first started and despite numerous tests, the medics have still not established the cause.
The problem is with my digestive system and as well as the discomfort I also suffer with tiredness and lethargy! I had more tests last Monday and hopefully the results will be through within the next couple of weeks.
My plans for the next four weeks is to look after my team and my customers. But I’m not planning on making videos nor writing my blog. However this isn’t written in stone! I’m not sure how the next four weeks will pan out except to say I’ll go with the flow!

This is the first of two photographs which show the two sides of the named embossing folders – see video for explanation.
Hopefully this means, I’ll make some cards that are worthy to share and also maybe to video. Today’s video shows you how to do Inked, or Painted Embossing. I made my first video featuring this technique seven years ago, back in 2015! I have put a link to that video on the last screen of this video.

This is the second of two photographs which show the two sides of the named embossing folders – see video for explanation.
When you have watched the video, check through your embossing folders and have a go with your favourites designs to see what result they give! There isn’t a right or wrong way because beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Be careful though, it can be addictive! 😀
I look forward to being back with you soon to keep you updated with news from Stampin’ Up! I wish you a very blessed Sunday; take care and stay safe. Happy crafting!
JanB. xx
